About This Position

Our client is now looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join their team on a full time basis to run their portfolio of Commercial and Residential Strata Complexes. There is a full time Assistant to provide Administration support.  You will be well presented, systems focused and work well within a team environment.

 

This position is 8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening attendance to meetings required.  You will be entitled to one RDO per month. A company car is provided and available for personal use as well.  An attractive salary and training will be provided to the right candidate.

 

Core responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Clients, Tenants and Contractors through phone, email and written communications
  • Ensure Client strata companies are operating in compliance with the Strata Titles Act and the relevant by-laws
  • Arrange maintenance and other works on behalf of client strata companies
  • Prepare financial budgets within established procedures
  • Maintain financial and other records of client strata companies
  • Ability to conduct general meetings of strata companies and assist Council of Owners meetings
  • Build and maintain business relationships with Clients and Contractors
